BOJNICE CASTLE MUSEUM

The museum is located in the national cutural heritage monument Bojnice Castle in the Upper Nitra Valley. It belongs the most significant monuments in Slovakia ranking among the most visited museums. Its principal aim is to document the history and the construction development of the castle, present works of classical art, artistic crafts and artefacts from the period of historicism in Slovakia.

HOURS OF OPENING
October - April:
daily except Mondays from 10.00 to 15.00;
May - September:
daily except Mondays from 9.00 to 17.00,
From June to September also open on Mondays.

SERVICES
The museum offers day and night visits to the castle . For schools, including nursery schools, special education programmes are available (School in the Museum project). For disadvantaged people a castle model with a sound track and a description in the Braill alphabet is available. Representational premises can be booked for social events and weddings.

V mesiacoch jún, júl, august a september je múzeum otvorené aj v pondelok.
